One plus One
This issue took way too long to come out but it's finally here. This issue of Thirty features two really good friends of mine, Caitlin Longley Keenan and J. Zachary Keenan. It was designed by our amazing intern Ryan Hageman.
The photographs are beautiful and I love the way they work together. I hope you do too. Enjoy.

Down the Rabbit Hole

Stand-in

Working it
John Vogt has started a new venture with his friend Susan Brown called Elizabeth Martin. It combines John's illustrations and Susan's dress making and designing talents. This dress is a one of a kind (for now). I hope there are many more of these in the future.
Melissa Schedler was our lovely model for the day. She did a great job being serious and aloof for the camera although there were outbursts of laughter and uncontrollable smiling. It was alot of fun working with her and the rest of the team. I can't wait for the next shoot!
I hope you enjoy these outtakes.

Cait & Zach

September 4th was a very lovely day for a wedding indeed.
The ceremony and reception were held at Riedel Farm in Fridley, MN.
Cait and Zach crafted a very intimate and personal evening for their guests
which included the couple serving drinks to their guests immediately after the
ceremony. I am sure all guests, myself included, felt very lucky to be part of this
magical night along the Mississippi River.

Water Babies

Patience had her first pool experience Saturday at the Wabun-Minnehaha Park. The girls all took a dip in the new zero depth pool, ate crackers and hung out by the poolside. Even though the summer is coming to a close I hope we will visit this park again for another swim (wade).

Heather & Brock

On July 17th 2010 Heather and Brock stood before friends and family and pledged their love to one another. The ceremony and reception took place on Raspberry Island at the Minnesota Boat Club. The stormy weather, tornado sirens & torrential rain only added to the excitement of the evening.
